This question could refer to how closely you feel connected to ABB, its culture, its values, and its purpose. This connection is a relationship built over the years, but the longer you stay, the stronger it becomes. This connection is directly influenced by the employee-manager relationship, which is why managers play such a critical role in employee retention.
