As managers, we take ownership for our own and our teams’ performance to drive our business forward. We have the cour- age to communicate openly and honestly about performance and rewards; we care about our teams and what they do, collab- orating to identify and measure perfor- mance in order to recognize and reward achievements; and, we are curious and ac- tively seek and give feedback to ensure we perform to our best and learn from our successes and failures. As employees, we acknowledge that we will be paid for per- formance by being recognized and re- warded for our achievements and mean- ingful contributions.
